Roadside Assistance Reimbursement

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch a service provider, you are entitled to reimbursement for towing and/or service call charges for jumpstarts, lockouts, tire changes and fuel delivery. We will reimburse you up to $75 per disablement.

Reimbursement Limitations
  • Members may only use the reimbursement option if a service provider is unavailable
  • The reimbursement covers up to $75 in expenses
  • State and local taxes are not covered
  • Labor at the scene for repairs, parts, including keys made, are not covered
  • Parts, gas, storage fees, tire repair and labor performed in a garage, service station, or other service facility are not covered
  • Private citizens assistance is not covered for reimbursement
  • Service for taxicabs, trucks over 2.5 tons or vehicles used commercially are not covered
How to Claim Reimbursement
  • Once Roadside has verified that we are unable to dispatch a service provider, the representative will issue you an authorization number, and you may call the service provider of your choice
  • You must obtain an itemized receipt from the service provider for the roadside services rendered
  • Mail the original paid receipt (not a copy) and include your name, membership number, full address, contact information, and authorization number
  • You must mail this information to the following address within 20 days* of the disablement.
